WIRE) -- Zaantek, a Web site hosting and Internet services
company, today announced the launch of Total Support
(TM), a private label customer support center, available
to Web site and Internet clients.
Total Support offers support options
such as live call center, eMail inquiry and response,
online chat, pre-and-post sales as well as survey services.
Zaantek has made Total Support available to clients
who wish to outsource these services. Zaantek agents
are trained to handle order processing, upselling, rectifying
billing and technical issues for incoming inquiries
from their clients' end-users.

response to numerous requests from our Web site clients
who needed additional resources to deliver adequate

Total Support is currently being purchased
as a private label service. When inquiries come in to
Zaantek agents, they identify the end-user and represent
themselves as the appropriate Zaantek client.
Zaantek live agent support hours are
currently 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. They
are also staffing to expand those hours as they see
increased demand from end-users.
