U.S. NetworX Acquires GMI.net Hosting Business [2nd September 2003]

Jackson, MS, September 2, 2003 – U.S. NetworX announced today the acquisition of the website hosting business of Clarksdale-based GMI.net. The purchase price was not disclosed. A provider of hosting services since 1996, GMI.net’s client base includes a wide variety of e-commerce and bricks-and-mortar businesses.

“We’re confident that our clients will continue to receive the hands-on personal service and attention they’ve always enjoyed,” said GMI.net CEO Floyd Graham. “And they can also take advantage of the other services offered by U.S. NetworX, such as Internet marketing, website maintenance, and nationwide Internet access.” Graham added that he was confident in the long-term stability of U.S. NetworX, as well as their reputation for quality customer care.
