Colo., October 1, 2003 - Verio, a leader in global IP
solutions, today announced a channel reorganization
initiative that will combine the company's separate
programs serving both the small to medium enterprise
(SME) and larger mid-market to enterprise space, under
the viaVerio® name. By integrating the two successful
programs under a single umbrella brand, Verio is able
to offer channel partners - from small shops to large
Fortune 2000 - a set of comprehensive programs with
a full breadth of products and services exclusively
focused on the hosting and IP market.

To
kick off this initiative, Verio is announcing the launch
of two incentive programs that offer new channel partners
serving enterprises of all sizes cash incentives to
sell their solutions under the viaVerio Channel Program.
Through the first incentive program, known as the Enterprise
Fast 50, new partners who secure new Verio business
in either enterprise hosting or access can earn up to
50 percent of the first month's revenue from each sale,
in addition to any regularly scheduled commission payments.
Some restrictions apply.
The second program awards "Mega Migration"
tiered bonus incentives to SME partners who migrate
shared, virtual private server or managed private server
hosting accounts to Verio. Both promotions are effective
through Dec. 31, 2003.
Previously,
the viaVerio Channel Program served resellers in the
SME hosting space, and the company's enterprise hosting
resellers and partners were part of the Verio Business
Partner Program. Both programs have achieved significant
growth with a roster of more than 5,000 SME hosting
resellers worldwide and more than 180 select enterprise
hosting and access partners.
The newly integrated viaVerio program provides SME resellers
and larger channel partners with access to a variety
of higher value hosting services, unavailable from many
other companies, and offers resellers a range of Internet
services targeting all markets, including Web hosting
on a dedicated, shared, virtual private server or managed
private server platform, domain name registration and
e-commerce solutions. In addition, viaVerio resellers
receive volume discounts, private label opportunities,
and technical, sales and marketing support. The viaVerio
program also offers recurring commissions to these large
channel partners who must meet specific
requirements to participate in the program.
The new viaVerio Partner Program includes:
Shared Hosting Programs, including the agent, reseller
and OEM program
areas:

viaVerio Shared Hosting Agent Program includes generous
commissions paid on all leads that result in sales of
NTT/VERIO shared, virtual private server or managed
private server hosting solutions.
·The
viaVerio Shared Hosting Reseller Program includes a
full spectrum of discounted solutions that can be marketed
under the Verio brand or as a private labeled product.
The reseller partner retains full ownership and interaction
with the customer.
·The
viaVerio OEM program enables an OEM partner to integrate
the NTT/VERIO
technical infrastructure in their own data center or
a Verio facility and private label the solution for
resale.
Enterprise Hosting and IP Access Programs, including
the partner, referral and reseller program areas:

viaVerio Enterprise Hosting and Access Partner Program
may include solution providers that are application
developers, web integrators, telecom agents and corporate
resellers. These partners provide customers with the
full range of Verio products, services and support systems,
allowing them to develop a solid customer base and provide
the offerings that are essential to new business development.

viaVerio Enterprise Hosting and Access Referral Program
includes generous commissions paid on leads resulting
in sales of NTT/VERIO managed dedicated hosting and
IP solutions.
