Launches German Language Versions of WEBppliance Products

SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 7, 2003 –
Meeting the needs of its German speaking customers,
Ensim Corporation, the global leader in hosting automation
software, today announced the immediate availability
of German language versions of Ensim WEBppliance Pro
for Linux and Ensim WEBppliance Basic for Linux. Ensim
WEBppliance Pro is the first control panel that enables
hosters to comply with strict European data privacy
laws.
Ensim WEBppliance Pro incorporates Virtual
Private File System technology to ensure that confidential
data stored on websites can be accessed only by authorized
personnel. Other control panels give every site owner
unrestricted access to data on every other site using
simple shell commands or web scripts. This Ensim security
technology enables hosters to adhere to the European
Commission Directive on Data Protection that requires
companies to take reasonable precautions to protect
