Telecom, Inc. Introduces Innovative Bundled Offering,
Simple Solutions, for Small Businesses [March
21, 2005]
MINNEAPOLIS,
Mar 21, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Eschelon Telecom, Inc.,
a provider of voice, data, Internet services and business
telephone systems, announced today that it has launched
Simple Solutions, a new bundled telecommunications product
offering designed specifically for smaller businesses.
Simple Solutions includes analog lines,
DSL, long distance and voicemail for a single, flat
monthly fee. The product is ideal for smaller business
customers who want the ease of having all of their telecommunications
and data services from a single provider. Simple Solutions
is delivered using state-of-the-art switching technology
and is complemented by Eschelon's industry-leading customer
service standards. Customers have access to up to 24
features per local line, 10 e-mail boxes, 25 MB of web
space and voice messaging at no additional charge.
"Many other providers try to attract
small business customers with 'loss-leader' pricing
on one element of their service like long distance or
DSL. Small business owners tell us they are tired of
being misled by these offers and prefer to see a simple,
bottom-line price" stated Jon Secrest, Eschelon's
Sr. Director of Marketing. "Simple Solutions delivers
exactly that - one easy, package price for local line,
long distance and DSL that will be the same on our proposals
as it is on our customer bills."
