Adam C. Greenfield Accepts Site5 CTO Position [June 24, 2005]

June 24th, 2005—Site5 Internet Solutions, Inc. (www.site5.com) announced Adam Greenfield--an experienced software developer, systems engineer, project manager and team leader--as the newest addition to their executive management team. Adam Greenfield is Site5's first CTO and will be heavily involved with the company’s technology and software development efforts: most notably acting as the leader of the recently-formed software development group, the Site5 Engineering Team.

Prior to joining Site5, Mr. Greenfield served simultaneously as project manager for the hosting control panel "DSM," and as Director of Operations and Technology for an Ohio-based data center. His rich background in web hosting also includes acting as project manager for the ubiquitous cPanel web hosting control panel and server management platform. The company’s new executive brings over 10 years of experience in hosting-related software development and systems administration to their management team.

“Over the past five years I’ve had the opportunity to work with Adam directly on a number of projects, and I can honestly say that never in my career have I been so consistently impressed by a colleague’s skill and work ethic,” said Matt Lightner, CEO of Site5. “Although Adam’s past experience confirms that he is one of the most credentialed individuals in the web hosting industry, it’s his ability to approach new problems with creative brainpower and productive critical analysis that we expect will drive Site5’s culture of innovation well into the future.”

Site5’s Engineering Team is growing rapidly both in size and ambition, and has many groundbreaking projects scheduled for future release. The newly-forged team already enjoyed their first victory when they unveiled the initial release of the my.Site5 Total Control Panel--a powerful new tool for Site5’s shared, reseller and Superhosting customers. “The Engineering Team’s positive synergy and work under Adam’s leadership have exceeded even our most optimistic expectations. We are highly encouraged, and are looking forward to the continued success of Site5’s increasingly-aggressive software development goals,” remarked President and Co-founder Rod Armstrong.
