avidInteractive Prepares For The Release of IntelloDesk, and Hires Microvisuals [June 13, 2005]
June 13, 2005 - Pittsburgh PA -- avidInteractive, the software development division of AvidNewMedia, has brought in Microvisuals.com to develop their website design as well as the software skins for many of their software titles.
avidInteractive's hired Microvisuals to design the skin for their flagship software IntelloDesk, a new generation helpdesk system for web hosting companies.
Mark Klink, President, and Co-Lead Software Engineer, of avidInteractive said, "It was a natural choice. We hired Microvisuals to do the main design of our IntelloDesk software. The response to the design of the new software was overwhelming." Klink also stated that "All of our lead developers, Jason Yates (Vice President/Co-Lead Software Engineer), Mark Carruth (Co-Lead Software Engineer),
and Adam Livesley (Co-Lead Software Engineer), are excited to have such a talent as Anthony Bullock from Microvisuals developing our brand, and our appearance."
avidInteractive is expected to launch the new design, with the release of IntelloDesk, and IntelloChat, as well as many other software titles made primarily for web hosting companies and the web hosting industry.
The beta release of IntelloDesk is expected to be released in approximately 3 weeks, and is expected to change the way Web hosting companies conduct customer support.
