Billing Solution for Telephone and Data Communications
Providers [February 23, 2005]
AUSTIN,
Texas, Feb 23, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Highland Lakes
Software Inc., a leading provider of telecom and data
communications provider billing solutions, announces
version 7.10 of its Communications Accounting System
(CAS). This software release features a new GUI to aid
in the customer-service process, a "drill down"
window for every customer, improved search functions,
and more streamlined functions for improved work flow.
CAS version 7.10 intelligently groups
features by functional relationships for easier navigation.
New ISP support functions include tracking and billing
for domains, email, web hosting, disk space and bandwidth
usage, and login accounts. Users can create master user
access control files that can be assigned to multiple
users to speed access account setups and on-going access
control modifications. These features add to the existing
support for paper, emailed, and web-based electronic
bill presentment and payment, supported via PDF, ASCII
text or interactive SQL-based user access.
CAS version 7.10 is designed to allow
users to minimize cost by purchasing only the feature
packs they need. A unique licensing concept offering
monthly payments for use of the software, allows many
companies, from startups to large regional carriers,
access to the finest technology on the market today
at a fraction of the cost usually associated with bringing
software solutions in-house.
