Inc., alleges that Interland, Inc., was directly responsible
for the loss and or ultimate use of the Company’s
Internet search engine and portal and computer server

President, Robert G. Williams announces progress of
lengthy litigation between BizRocket.com, Inc. v. Interland,
Inc., based in Atlanta, GA. A court ordered Mediation
Settlement Conference has been scheduled. The lawsuit
is being litigated in the Southern District, Miami Division.
BizRocket.com claims damages totaling
multi-millions of dollars against Interland, Inc., for
damages suffered in 1999-2000. BizRocket.com, Inc.,
previously settled claims against two additional defendants
located in Florida and Texas.
BizRocket.com, Inc., alleges that Interland,
Inc., was directly responsible for the loss and or ultimate
use of the Company’s Internet search engine and
portal and computer server which were under Interland
Inc.’s control and wrongful conversion. BizRocket’s
lawsuit claims Interland’s malicious and tortuous
actions resulted in the subsequent disappearance of
the Company’s Internet web site and related software.
The Company’s principal and material
asset was the BizRocket.com software and Web Site. The
Web site was popular, widely known, and an internationally
recognized powerful Internet search engine and portal
tool.
