acquires assets of Trilocal [February 3, 2005]
Purchase
increases Modwest's customer base and range of services
Missoula,
MT (February 3rd 2005) – Modwest, Inc., a provider
of comprehensive internet solutions, today announced
that it had recently completed a transaction to purchase
certain assets of Trilocal, Inc., a web design and hosting
firm.
Trilocal,
previously a reseller of Modwest web hosting services,
specialized in building easy-to-use websites that clients
could update themselves, including the Way to Go Club
and Raven's Wing Records. Because of the pre-existing
relationship between Trilocal and Modwest, the transition
for hosting customers was seamless and non-disruptive.
Customers now receive their hosting services directly
from Modwest.
Ross Peterson, Trilocal web designer
and principal, has joined Modwest as a Media Designer.
The addition of Peterson to the Modwest staff adds significant
web design talent and capabilities to Modwest's array
of internet services.
