Verio Targets Enterprise Hosting
and Network Services Channel Partners with Two Cash
Incentive Programs [March

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Mar 8, 2004 (BUSINESS
WIRE) -- Verio, a subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation,
today announced two cash incentive programs to continue
the growth of its successful viaVerio(R) Partner Program.
The programs target new and existing channel partners
selling enterprise hosting and network services.
The first program, the viaVerio "Conquer
& Win with Verio" promotion, offers former
Cable & Wireless partners bonus payments for each
enterprise hosting or access customer they bring to
the viaVerio Partner Program through May 31, 2004. Upon
joining the viaVerio Partner Program, new partners are
eligible to receive a one-time bonus payment that equals
up to 75 percent of one month's recurring revenue. The
promotion is designed to recruit partners who lost commissions
as a result of the Cable & Wireless exit from the
U.S. market.

decision to discontinue residual commissions was unfortunate.

to its business partners by offering promotions that

A second program, the "viaVerio
Enterprise Hosting Consolidator Promotion" offers
cash incentives to new and existing business partners
who migrate enterprise hosting accounts to Verio. Verio
will pay up to $1,000 per customer migrated from any
other hosting provider, up to $10,000 total. This promotion
will run through June 30, 2004.

reward current partners and continue significant program

The viaVerio small to medium hosting
channel also is offering incentives under a similar
Consolidator program, which gives reseller partners
serving the small to medium enterprise (SME) hosting
space cash incentives to streamline their accounts under
the viaVerio Channel Program.
