today that it acquired the customer base and related
hardware from ProHosters LLC, a leading provider of
shared and dedicated web hosting services. As part of
the transaction, Carpathia Hosting will be placing ProHosters
customers behind Carpathia's Intelligently Routed Network
(CIRN) and is retaining key ProHosters technicians.
