Signs Adtegrity and ValueClick Media to Represent

New Ad-Supported Service
LOS ALTOS, CALIFORNIA, and CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW,
LAS VEGAS—January 8, 2004—Mailblocks, Inc.
today announced it has retained Adtegrity.com, Inc.
(Pink Sheets: ADTY) and ValueClick Media, a division
of ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK), to sell inventory
on its new advertising-supported free Web-based email
service, which was announced here today.
Adtegrity.com's primary business is
the delivery of interactive advertising and marketing
services. The company currently has over 250 Web site
clients under contract and has delivered billions of
ad impressions across its vertical content networks
over the past four years. It ranks among the top ten
ad networks in the industry for size. The company also
provides management services for clients seeking to
drive traffic, sales, or users to their Web site.
ValueClick Media provides Web, E-mail,
Lead Generation and Pay-Per-Click Search online marketing
solutions to help marketers develop customer relationships.
ValueClick Media has partnered with thousands of quality
Internet properties to offer marketers one of the largest
and most reputable online advertising networks, which
reaches approximately 95 million unique users per month
worldwide.

in Mailblocks' advertising network selection.

Mailblocks plans to ultimately employ
graphical advertising, search and co-registration. Mailblocks
will launch its new ad-supported service in phases.
Phase I will focus primarily on large-format, graphical
ads. Formats will include: medium rectangles, skyscrapers,
leaderboards and 468x60 banners. In Phase II, the company
will augment ad formats with co-registration and other
advertising formats.
