Services, Inc. buys ThrillHost.com Assets and Customer
Base [February 5, 2004]
Palatine, IL - February 5th, 2004 -
midPhase Services, Inc., a leading and growing web hosting
provider based in Northwest Chicago-land, announced
today that it has entered and signed an agreement with
ThrillHost.com to acquire the assets and client base
of the Missouri-based website hosting firm.
"We are all very excited to welcome
this new group of customers into our web hosting community,"
said Alec Kopman, customer service manager for midPhase.
midPhase will use the ThrillHost.com brand-name to offer
reseller hosting services, and compliment its existing
reseller brand: Autica.com. midPhase will retain the
ThrillHost.com name and identity.
"ThrillHost.com has an excellent
product, strong and loyal following and a wonderful
reputation. midPhase intends to live up to everything
that ThrillHost.com and Matthew worked to build,"
said Dan Ushman, co-founder of midPhase.
"Our goal was not to have the most

service available and I am confident that this philosophy
will continue with midPhase at the helm," said
Matt Karas, original founder of ThrillHost.com.
