Wal-Mart Canada Selects Radiant Communications' National IP Network [December 14, 2004]

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Dec 14, 2004 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Radiant Communications Corp. ("Radiant" or "the Company") (TSX Venture Exchange:RCX), one of Canada's largest independent providers of IP-based data communications and Internet services, announced today that Wal-Mart Canada has selected the Company's IP telecommunications network for their online, digital, photo processing services.

Wal-Mart Canada selected Radiant for high-speed DSL services in all 30 of its district offices, as well as its in-store photo labs. Wal-Mart conducted a successful, 15-store, pilot program for online photo processing services in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia. Using Radiant's high-speed DSL Internet services, Wal-Mart's in-store photo labs download customers' online photo orders and provide same-day processing service. Radiant will be implementing its DSL service in over 100 Wal-Mart Canada's photo labs this year.
