Upgrades Hosting Plans [August 17, 2004]
All-new
site creation wizard and expanded storage enhances value.

Lauderdale, Florida, August 17, 2004 – Effective
immediately Hostopia is enhancing its hosting and managed
email plans offering significant value upgrades in features,
functionality and storage and bandwidth limits. All
Hostopia private label partners will see massive email
storage limits set at new, dedicated thresholds of 50
MB per email box. For a typical website plan such as
“bronze,” featuring ten email accounts,
this amounts to 500 MB of mail storage in addition to
150 MB of web site disk space. In addition, Hostopia
is increasing bandwidth transfer on all plans by 50%.

plans have always been competitively sized, allowing
our partners to grow at multiples of the industry average,”

analysis of the SME hosting market tells us that end
users value large email boxes and dislike having to
“POP” their mail or save it locally. Our

second major enhancement for Hostopia’s platform
launching September 7 is EasySiteWizard 6.0TM, Hostopia’s
bundled site creation application. Says Nemanic, “continued

EasySiteWizard
6.0 is based on DHTML, the latest industry standard
for the most intuitive graphical interfaces. EasySiteWizard
6 has dramatically simplified an already intuitive editing
environment for even faster web page editing accessible
to the novice. In addition, the application offers hundreds
of pre-built, professional site templates conveniently
organized by industry vertical. From medical offices
to manufacturers, business people can quickly build
a site and even select from color palettes for run-of-site
style changes at the click of a mouse. A “preview
anytime” function expedites error correction and
editing prior to site publishing. The site builder also
offers 10,000 web-ready, high-quality photo images and
a user interface blending the ease of a wizard with
the flexibility of a WQYSIWYG “word processor.”
EasySiteWizard is available to Hostopia’s
network of private label hosting partners, which includes
over 270 Telcos, CLECs, ISPs and domain registrars.
